We offer the highest quality care so you can feel confident that your pup will have a great time while you’re away! We have a beautiful, state-of-the-art 18,500 sq ft indoor play facility in NE Calgary with 14 large play areas to accommodate pups of all breeds, sizes and temperaments.
Even if your dog is not good with others, or you prefer them to not socialize with others, we have special programs to accommodate these needs while still giving your pup the mental and physical stimulation they need to enjoy their time with us. With our staff being ON SITE 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you can have peace of mind knowing your animals are under constant care and supervision.
We also have a fully fenced ½ acre outdoor play space for outdoor fun and potty breaks. All dogs are placed in playgroups that compliment their personality, size, and play style, so they are guaranteed to have a great time.
Our overnight care includes a full day of daycare, and after a full day of playing, they spend their evenings in our new state-of-the-art boarding pens all set up with comfy beds and blankets to make their stay with us as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to make it feel as close to home as we can.
We do also offer VIP suites, which include a big comfy couch, an entire 200 sq ft room to themselves, a TV on which you can choose the channel, and a lot of other great perks!
To join our boarding program, we do require that all dogs be fully vaccinated, however, we do not require dogs to be spayed or neutered at any age to participate. Due to the size of the building and how many play areas we have, we do not require a trial day to begin services. Please be aware that although we are very open about taking dogs of all temperaments, we cannot take dogs that are overly aggressive towards humans, or dogs that have destructive tendencies. There are some exceptions for dogs that exhibit fear aggression, separation anxiety, or dogs that take some time to warm up. If you are unsure if your dog meets our criteria, please reach out to us and we would be happy to help assess if your dog is a good fit to stay with us.

DURING YOUR DOG’S STAY, THEY GET:
A full day of daycare everyday
Feeding, love and snuggles, and meds (if needed).
During the day, all the pups get to be together.
At night they get their own private space to relax and have a good night's sleep.
When you drop off at our Calgary facility, you leave your pup knowing they are in good hands.
VIP ROOMS
$70 – 1 dog
$40 – each additional dog
Our kitty hotel is top notch! It is climate-controlled and includes a play area with natural light, room service, and of course one-on-one time with our loving staff. We like to keep them happy with the comforts of home, with cat trees, play tunnels, toys, scratch posts, and windows! We understand that cats need to stay active which is why we get them out of their bedrooms and playing all day! If your cat wants to play with some kitty friends, we have lots of space for them. If they prefer their own space or just to hang out with our staff, they are welcome to do that as well.
WE WANT THEM TO FEEL AT HOME IN OUR CARE, AND WE DO WHATEVER WE CAN TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

The health and happiness of the animals in our care is our number one concern. We require that all vaccines be up-to-date, and proof of vaccinations are provided prior to starting services. We require that all dogs have their Bordetella, DA2PP, and Rabies vaccines to be up to date and all cats to have their FVRCP and Rabies. We also highly recommend that your pet be treated monthly with topical treatments of Revolution or Advantage Multi. This is not mandatory, however, these are flea, tick, mite, and lice treatments, and without these your pup is at higher risk of picking something up from other dogs. We recommend speaking with your vet about these treatments. Puppies are also required to have at least their first two sets of shots, however, we recommend you seek your veterinarian’s recommendation prior to bringing your puppy to our facility for any type of service. Your dog does not need to be spayed or neutered to join us for daycare or boarding, however they must be spayed or neutered at or before 2 years of age to participate in any of our mobile services.

Prices do not include Gas Surcharge, if applicable.
A small late checkout fee will apply if you pick up after 12pm.
Booking policy
All reservations must be pre-booked. A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before your reservation, we can refund the deposit or apply a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of your reservation, or you do not show up, no refund or credit will be given for your deposit. Payment is due in full at drop off. If your stay is extended, or services are added, payment for the outstanding balance is due at the time of pickup. During our peak seasons (June-August, all long weekends & holidays), there will be no refunds for early pickup. We accept debit, credit, or cash. Deposits can be paid by credit card or e-transfer at the time of booking.
